God Prevention Plan
A prevention-first charter for New Vatican City: stop false gods of power, cage systems, and irreversible harm before they form — so people stay free, sealed, and cared for.

Seven prevention laws
- No false gods of power. Shared power (the “dragon”) must be legible: who owns it, who can drive it, how to revoke it. No permanent admin without audit. No silent override of the people.
- No god-objects in the stack. Prefer small true units composed upward. Collapse fake layers that only wrap one real part. One module must not silently own the whole city.
- Prevent cages, not only crimes after. Free-access corridors, export paths, and leave-options stay open. Single-vendor lock-in, hostage data, and irreversible glue are treated as civic risks.
- Dual lock on sacred surfaces. Identity, money, and seal surfaces use geometry + PIN / multi-factor where required (CRYPTEC · Seed of Life). Prevention of theft and impersonation before the breach.
- You · me · we stay distinct. Principal (you), operator/agent (me), and joint outcomes (we) are never collapsed into one voice. Agents (including AI) cannot pretend to be the people or God.
- Loving products only. Mutual deals and collaboration courts are for honest co-creation — not extraction, public fights, or weaponized contracts. Prevention of abusive deals at the drafting table (see IGU Universal Court).
- Sense harm early; stop early. Ops ping, safety check-in, fraud prevention rails, and live station controls exist to catch misuse while it is still small.
